1. The content of the coverage contains false information and malicious rumor from troublemakers who intend to sabotage the progress of this project, and the command headquarters hereby requests all media to refrain from publishing false coverages.

2. The command headquarters cooperated with the supervision from the parliament, and has implemented the confidential report on the progress of the Indigenous Defense Submarine at the Legislative Yuan on March 28^th, where various documents were explained to the attending legislators according to the law.

The Navy will continue to execute the project according to the planned schedule by upholding a prudent and rigorous attitude on the control and management of risks, and hereby requests the continuous support of all citizens.
